Job Description

Office Assistant (BULACAN AREA)

 

v  Answer phone inquiries; take and distribute accurate message

v  Update and maintain database such as mailing list, contact list and clients/applicants information.

v  Monitoring income calls as required

v  Type documents, reports, and correspondence

v  Keep office area clean and tidy

v  Provides administrative, secretarial and clerical supports to others in the office to maintain an efficient office environment

 

Qualifications:

 

v  High school diploma or equivalent

v  Business college training is advantage

v  Previous office experience maybe requested but this can also be entry level positions

v  Competent computer skills including MS OFFICE or equivalent

v  Internet skills including use of emails, group messaging and data collections

v  Verbal and written communications skills

v  Work management and prioritizing skills

v  Organization and planning skills

v  Problem solving ability

v  Attention to details

v  Accuracy/flexibility/reliability/teamwork

 

v  Willing to work in BULACAN AREA
