Job Description

·         Perform minor secretarial function and general clerical activities.

·         Handles costumer queries, messages and run errands.

·         Perform other related duties that may assigned from time to time.

·         Prepares sales order from clients.

·         Check inventory of supplies.

·         Prepares and secures the supplies to be delivered to clients.

·         Prepares delivery receipts and invoices.

 

Qualifications

·         Candidates must have at least High School graduate.

·         Willing to start before Christmas.

·         Willing to work in Mandaluyong City.

·         Single/Married

·         Male/Female

·         With or Without experience.
