SALES EXECUTIVES – For Outbound account

Job Description:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and respond to customer inquiries and concerns
• Establish a rapport and continuous business relationship with the Clients
• Up sell products and services to meet best interest of the customer
• Tasks would include calls, email and chat.
Qualifications:
• At least 6 months experience in Outbound/Sales
• With good communication skills
• Enjoys challenges and highly goal-oriented
• Responsible, disciplined and self-motivated
• Willing and must have the ability to quickly adapt and understand the dynamic, sales driven, and fast-paced world of the Call Center industry
• Must be willing to work in Makati City and be assigned in shifting and/or graveyard schedule
