Job Description

– Preferably Bachelor/College Degree of Hospitality/Tourism or equivalent
– At least with 1-3 years’ experience as an Airline Ticketing, Reservation Agent or Travel Consultant.
– With Customer Service Experience.
– High level of competency with Travel Business Applications and systems (ticketing and reservation systems.)
– Extensive knowledge of International & Domestic routings with combination of Airline policies and fare rules.
– Proficient in using MS Application particularly Excel
– Average typing speed 40 WPM)
– Excellent communication skills
– Has strong mathematical skills
