RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

– Help and guide potential franchisee through the process of finding and purchasing a franchise and understanding the franchise industry. 
– Generate and manage qualified leads through online marketing initiatives. 
– Coordinate meetings with qualified prospect and prospective franchisors. 
– Develop and maintain social media profiles on Twitter, Facebook etc. 
– Create Internet ads.
– Establish an effective presence on social media sites. 
– Creating and sending email campaigns.
– Follow up on responses.
– Willingness to work independently with limited supervision and support as needed.

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: 

• 18 – 45 years old. 
• Undergraduates or graduates of high school or college, short courses etc. 
• Students or Fresh Graduates of any course. 
• Employed or Unemployed, Entrepreneurs are encouraged to apply. 
• Ability to work successfully both autonomously and as part of a team environment. 
• Be a team player, encouraging, helpful and cooperative 
• Strong customer service background 
• Ability to build rapport quickly and easily 
• Be flexible with a willing and can do attitude 
• Ability to handle objections / rejections 
• Maintain a positive attitude; be self motivated and resilient 
• Be results driven 
• Intermediate level of computer skills – solid data entry skills 
• With or without experience 
• Can start immediately.
