Job Description

Oracle DBA provides physical database support in a multi-customer environment. Position will provide support of daily database administration activities ranging from the simple to the complex. Must have experience in Unix, scripting, installing and upgrading oracle 9i, 10G and 11. OEM Grid and RAC experience a plus. Must be experienced in multiple backup and recovery methodologies and possess a deep understanding of RMAN, including backup, recovery, incremental and cumulative backups, various recovery scenarios, and archive management. Compliance with business policies and industry standard best practices with regard to database security, recoverability, and auditing. Adherence to internal and external production SLAs.
