Job Description

– Handles and maintains the fundamental aspects of books of Genuine Bearing (financial records)

– Track and audit petty cash fund

– Performs a variety of accounting and bookkeeping duties according to established policies and procedures

– Verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions

– Some experience with spreadsheets and automated accounting systems

– Flexibility to adapt to all situations and work varied hours; possibly work weekends or evenings

– Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning financial and employee files

– Ability to work under pressure

– At least 24 years of age;

– Must be an Internet Savvy
