Job Description

• co-ordinating corrective maintenance and monitor the performance of the team members

• implementing planned and corrective maintenance on all mechanical / production equipment offshore, in a safe and competent manner, to safeguard the availability and operating condition so that production targets can be achieved

• providing first line troubleshooting and problem solving for minor Mechanical  problems

• rolling out of Mechanical  maintenance procedures and the coaching of personnel on the new procedures

• managing the site execution of minor Mechanical  modifications including pre-commissioning, commissioning and acceptance of completed modification

• reporting on and managing Mechanical  maintenance backlog as per agreed KPI’s

• managing the core Mechanical  maintenance team in line with KPI requirements
