Job Description

– We are an omni-channel media company specialising in the effective use of both digital and traditional media companies. We are pioneering omni-channel marketing in the Philippines by combining the use of OOH, Digital, TV, Radio and Print; we have clients across many sectors, including travel, food, restaurants, manufacturing, and retail.
– We are looking to hire an energetic, resourceful jack-of-all-trades to play a central role in cultivating a functional, inspiring and fun and developing employee culture.
– You should be enthusiastic, creative and willing to wear any and all hats. You should enjoy working independently or in a team, figuring out how to get things done, even if you’ve never done them before.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
– carrying out research and data collection to understand the organisation;
– conducting analysis;
– interviewing the client’s employees, management team and other stakeholders;
– identifying issues and forming hypotheses and solutions;
– implementing recommendations/solutions
– Managing projects and programmes;

QUALIFICATIONS:
– Fresh, energetic, and enthusiastic personality.
– Critical thinker and creative problem solver.
– Self-starter and self-motivated. Not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
– Positive attitude, where no project or problem is too big or too small.
– Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills.
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skill.
