Job Description

JOB POSITION: Licensed Pest Control Technician

We’re a family-owned pest control company that has been providing customers all over Hampton Roads with quality pest control services since 1969. Our office is located near the Great Neck area of Virginia Beach, but we service locations all over Hampton Roads. Our operating hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Our business is seeking to hire a hardworking individual to join our team as a licensed technician part-time for a trial period of 90 days before being hired as a full-time employee. Compensation during the initial 90 day trial period as a part-time technician is hourly. Compensation if hired on as a full-time technician is hourly plus commission.

Minimum Requirements:
Prior experience in the pest control field
Must have a Category 7-B certification to be licensed to service termite and moisture treatments.
Must be a licensed driver with a driving record that meets our insurance provider’s requirements
The capability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screen
Must be reliable and prompt
Must be able to provide exceptional customer service
Must be able to work in a variety of environmental conditions including outdoors, attics, and crawl spaces.
*Experience in sales is not required but is a major plus!
