Full-Time Liason Officer

1.      Process payments regarding taxes for national and local area:

–          Bureau of Internal Revenue

–          City Halls

–          Securities and Exchange Commission

–          Department of Trade and Industries

–          Department Of Labor and Employment

–          Office of the President

2.      Submit monthly and quarterly BIR payments and reports on time.

3.      Handle and coordinate annual inspections of the company such as:

–          Business Taxes

–          Fire Inspections

–          Electrical Inspections

–          Mechanical Inspections

–          Building Inspections

–          Location Clearance

4.      Present Books to BIR for examinations thru “Letter of Authority” by preparing worksheets and books and other pertinent documents.

5.      Process Business Permit Renewal – Yearly registration of books of assets with BIR.

6.      Request payments of BIR registration fee.

7.      Prepare Quarterly Income Tax Report and VAT returns for Genesis.

8.      Prepare and answer queries through communication letter to governments regarding concerns. 

9.      Deal with government concerns and personnel with utmost discretion.

10.   Perform his work meeting customers’ requirements, and applicable regulatory requirements and supporting achievement of quality objective of his unit, and consistent with the quality policy.
