Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Completed at least 2 years in College
  • 18 years old or above
  • Native or Non-native
  • Able to read, write, and speak fluently in JAPANESE and ENGLISH language
    • Must able to speak formal, informal, and business language (KEIGO)
  • Call Center experience is an advantage
    • Support/Helpdesk experience, preferably
  • Good English communication skills
  • Willing to work on DAYSHIFT and SHIFTING schedule
  • Amenable to work in TAGUIG CITY

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide telephone and email support to users (in their chosen language)
  • Ensure ownership of issues as per the SLA
  • Enter relevant data into the appropriate customer relationship management (CRM) system, and ensure it is kept up-to-date at all times
  • Upload data into CRM system when required
  • Comply with handover and escalation processes
  • Perform account administration activities (e.g. passwords resets)
  • Escalate appropriately to second line engineers and request updates until resolution is provided
