Job Description

Qualifications:

•College graduate of any course
•Must have 2 years work experience as a manager under L&D
•Must be knowledgeable on leadership training facilitation/certification
•Must have background on leadership training module creation and implementation
•At least 3 years work experience in a BPO setting
•Meet the specific work-experience/certification stated on the above-listed job openings
•Can attend a face to face interview at McKinley Taguig area (during final interview)
•Can start ASAP Amenable to work at McKinley Hill, Taguig City

Job Types: Full-Time. Salary: 60,000 - 80,000.
