Job Description

Oversee the entire Research & Development/Product Development Department; Supervise the performance of functions and work assignments of his/her staff.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Clothing Technology or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years experience in merchandising, retailing or related fields in supervisory capacity
• Can perform basic and complex mathematical computations, interpret equations and relations.
• Excellent in MS office, average in Corel draw and photo shop and other related software used in product development.
• Good communication (spoken and written) mathematical and computation skills.
• Ability to handle people and to interact with all levels in the organization
• Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
