Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

•Degree in Accounting and CPA certification
•Minimum 15 years of Private Industry accounting experience within a multinational business.
•Knowledgeable in PEZA requirements and compliance
•Strong accounting, financial statement, treasury, and accounts payable management
•Experience in analyzing business performance and developing financial plans within a BPO environment desirable.
•Strong knowledge of internal controls and financial reporting, required.
•Experience in building complex financial models to evaluate various financial plans.
•Experience in presenting and preparing proposals to recommend new products/services.
•Experience leading, coaching and developing staff.
•Excellent communication and leadership skills.
•Prior management experience required.
•Ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions
•Demonstrated ability to form, lead and develop high-performing teams.
•Excellent English speaking and writing skills.

Job Types: Full-Time. Salary: 100,000 and above.
