Job Description

Responsibilities:

Review and analyze financial data and reports for Management and Regulatory consumption and requirements.   Review and assist in developing and compiling annual company budget estimates.  Coordinates and oversees the internal audits of Finance Department and submit result/findings as basis for decisions and actions and formulate sound recommendation for improvement. 
 
1.      Prepares comprehensive FINANCIAL STATEMENTS and reports (monthly, quarterly or yearly).
2.      Review and analyze financial systems and submit recommendations for Management decisions.
3.      Assist the Management in resolving issues that of Finance Department and implement controls and procedures.
4.      Conducts special expenditure analyses.
5.      Assist in the review and preparation of budget estimates.
6.      Verify accuracy of internal records and check for mismanagement, waste and fraud.
7.      Examine and evaluate data and information system, management procedures and internal controls.
8.      Evaluate efficiency, effectiveness and compliance with government laws related to taxation.
9.      Submit result/findings of audit as evidence and justification to help Management base their decisions on actual data, rather than personal observation.
10.   Audit assigned section and their link functions as well, if necessary.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Preferably BS Accountancy graduate.
  • Preferably Certified Public Accountant.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work within G. Araneta Ave.,Quezon City.
  • Preferably Supervisor / 2 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Finance – Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
