Job Description

Entry Level Customer Service & Sales Representative

Bring your sales and customer service experience to an established company. We are a promotional product distributor looking for a dedicated representative to assist our customers pricing for our products and create a rapport to earn their returning business. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, customer service friendly and knowledgeable of products they sell once trained.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Supply customers with pricing for our products

·         Take in-bound sales calls & product information inquiries

·         Outbound calls to suppliers to check pricing and inventory

·         Refer customers to self-help options on our website

·         Calling customers back to build rapport

·         Handling calls and emails in a timely efficient and courteous manner

·         Learn and maintain accurate product knowledge for products we sell

 

Requirements:

·         High School Diploma or GED

·         1+ year customer service and sales experience.

·         Basic math skills including percentages.

·         Minimum of 60 words per minute typing skills

·         Excellent negotiation, sales and verbal communications skills

·         Strong computer skills, ability to navigate a variety of computer systems

·         Ability to provide clear and concise information over the phone or by email

Compensation: 25K-30K Annually

Location: 101 and 7th Street

 

Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30AM-4PM
