Full-Time Design& Project Coordinator/Site Coordinators

1.     Preparation of sales proposals for review and signature of the Sales and Design Supervisor, Marketing Manager and Account Officers.

2.     Preparation of Space Plans, Color Schemes, and other necessary drawings, Bill of materials and corresponding cost estimates as basis for Sales Proposals.

3.     Coordination with concerned sales personnel and other departments to be able to come up with accurate cost proposals:

a. Sales (client requirements)

b. Purchasing (current prices of materials / material sourcing)

c. Project implementation (delivery and installation dates and civil works, drawing and estimates)

d. Production (custom furniture requirements ie. Design and estimates,

technical matters and delivery dates).

4.     Occasionally meet with clients regarding project requirements and status of projects.

5.     Checks, verifies and reviews estimates occasionally prepared by Account Officer or estimate coming from any other source.

6.     Preparation of marketing collateral and presentation materials such as color swatches, samples, etc.

7.     Answers and attends to incoming phone call (inquiries) relay message for information and action to the proper and concerned person.

8.     Perform duties that may be assigned by supervisors from time to time.

• Graduate of Interior Design/Engineering/Architecture and other design related courses with the ability to conceptualize design and work procedures.
• With at least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
• Proficient in MS office,AutoCad and other computer aided design programs.
• Equipped wth interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
• Self starter with organizing ability.
