Responsibilities:

 

-Answers Customer’s queries

-Handles medical and pharmaceutical concerns of members, physicians, nurses and local pharmacists

-Needs to sound empathetic when they assist members especially the elderly

 

 

Qualifications:

 

– At least 18 years of age and above

–  At least high school graduate

-Not Currently enrolled

-Average English communication skills

– Computer literate and good web navigation skills

-Willing to work on a graveyard shift
