Job Description

Oakmere Property Management Ltd. specialise in delivering projects within the Hotel, Leisure, Entertainment, Commercial and Residential sectors. This is a permanent full-time role.

As a Commercial Administrator you will provide administration support to the Commercial team at both tender and contract stage.

Detail
You will be responsible for:

Co-ordinating commercial reports.
Preparing enquiry packs and collating tender information, as well as assisting with tender submissions.
Assisting with issuing letters and notices, as directed.
Producing and maintaining spreadsheets.
Logging and tracking contract documentation.
Liaising with the supply chain.
Assisting with the preparation and presentation of reports to the Board, when required.

Skills, Experience, Personal Qualities and Qualifications/Training:

Previous experience in a similar role would be preferred.
Excellent IT skills and able to use Microsoft Office packages.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting, successful relationships with colleagues, clients, suppliers, subcontractors and other personnel.
Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills.
A strong team player.
Possesses a great attention to detail, accurate and numerate.
Reliable, proactive and shows initiative.
Able to keep cool under pressure and when working to demanding deadlines.
