Job Description

Job Description:
– Preparation of A/P invoices and payment vouchers for reimbursement claims of all employees except Managers and Heads;
– Ensure that advances of employees are within limit and are liquidated on time;
– Ensure that claims/ reimbursements are credited to the employees account on time (4 working days from submission of reimbursements/ claims;
– Prepares Schedules of Financial Statements;
Non trade Payables;
Advances subject for liquidation.
-To prepare and forward the cash advance and revolving fund schedules on time.
– To assist the Human Resources Head in preparing AV/PV of petrol allowances.
– Credit monthly petrol allowance on time.
– To compute the freelancers’ professional fees accurately and within the grace period.
– To prepare A/P invoices and dot file of freelancers’ professional fees.
– Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Financial Management/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Must be proficient in EXCEL and WORD.
• Knowledgeable in SAP.
• No work experience required.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
