Job Description

CALL CENTER AGENTS
For In-House Account and to start immediately

The salary ranges from Ph15K to Php17K depending on the qualification plus performance bonuses and allowances

Responsibilities:
– Render support through phone, email and chat
– Resolve clients’ requests, questions and complaints frequently requiring analysis of situations to determine best use of resources
– Establish rapport and continuous business relationship with clients
– Upsell products and services to meet clients’ best interest and expectations

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not a requirement
– Stress-resistant and able to handle multiple tasks
– Minimum 6 months experience in Inbound and/or Outbound Support/Sales in an international call center environment
