Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

•Ensure data collection capability in relevant systems and business processes
•Determine queries to create reports as required
•Create formulate where necessary in order to analyze data
•Design reports to integrate data and provide as single report
•Ensure that all relevant data is gathered, is recorded correctly and stored in such a way that analysis can be done in the simplest and most time efficient manner
•Produce weekly queries/briefs to request data from relevant systems
•Collate and produce analysis from various sources
•Work with the management team to ensure that all identified gaps in information are filled
•Produce forecasts and recommendations for changes and improvements to business systems and processes

Role Requirements:
•A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, in a relevant area.
•Six Sigma or similar certification.
•Can develop a sales call quality form.
•Knows how to manage people.
•Excellent at excel and good with process improvement plans.
•3+ years experience in data analytics, reporting and database management.
•Strong data analytics and reporting skills, ideally in a sales environment.
•Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
•Effective time management and prioritization.
•English fluency.
•Effective oral and written communication skills.
•Great interpersonal skills are required in dealing with diverse population.
•Sales background, data analysis and coaching experience are strong assets.
•A strong advocate of passion, integrity, and quality of work.

Benefits and perks: 60000-80000 Base pay
Location: BGC,Taguig

Job Types: Full-Time. Salary: 60,000 - 80,000.
