Job Description

U.S. Multi-State Real Estate company is searching for an individual who wants to work from home and have consistent work. This is a full-time position and we are seeking for long-term people who want to work for a growing company.

The job description includes:

Coordination of new home setup
“Make-Readies” (on new and existing homes)
Improve profitability of home leasing program (lower refurb costs)
Faster home setups
Titles, Insurance, Taxes
Oversight of home inspections
Oversight of vendors and on-site staff
Daily inspections of work completed and progress updates provided to team members

We are looking for a person who has a SOLID experience in the said field of Real Estate

Here are some things to know about the position:

— This is an 8 am to 5 pm (Mountain Time) position
— We keep everyone accountable in the company and use tools to accomplish this.
— We expect people to be punctual (on-time)
— We have a 90 day probation period if you passed the 90 days benefits will be offered.
— Our interview process has many steps, so please be patient, there is a reason for this.
