Job Description

Job Description:
– Ensures smooth store operation
– Trains team with proper product knowledge and ensures all staff are trained in accordance with the company expectations;
– Motivates team to perform daily tasks and achieve monthly targets
– Ensures achievement of individual sales target
– Responsible in inventory control and management and ensures accurate stock movement
– Ensures maintenance of an appealing visual merchandise
– Ensures all company rules are followed and initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of any non- conformities relative to products, process and quality system.
– Maintains activity log
– Associates and Inventory specialist
– Performs such other tasks that may be given from time to time relative to the position.
– Develops, ensures, and maintains a healthy team environment
Qualifications:
– Experience in Sales and store operations
– Preferably in Apparel/ Fashion/ Retail
– Minimum of 3 years experience in Retail
– Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Sales/ other related Fields.
– Knowledge in using MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint
– Must have advanced English Skills and fluent in local language
