Job Description

Job Description:
-Coordinates with branches regarding purchases in need of production, deliveries and installations
-Monitors the production of items and ensures that each meets their target delivery/ installation date
-Receives all orders for pickup and delivery and relays all to the logistics personnel
-Receives all orders for production and distributes all necessary tasks to the Research and Development department and to the Production team
-Monitors the completion of all post-production items
-Creates the schedule of all installations, deliveries, pickup and services; Arranges the schedule of all drivers and riders in general
-Take charge of keeping and restocking of office supplies and product parts

Qualifications:
-Female, 23 to 35 years old
-At least 2nd year college standing
-Background in Purchasing, Production or Inventory is an advantage
-With strong personality, decisive and independent
-Can work under pressure with minimal supervision
-Able to multitask
-With good communication skills
-Computer literate, ideally familiar with MS Excel
-Willing to be assigned in our head office (Quezon avenue)
-Willing to work overtime

Benefits:
-Minimum wage to P 17,000 (depending on evaluation)
-14th month pay (performance based)
