Job Description

Job Responsibility:
• Convincing prospective clients that your agency is the right one to handle their
sale and agree the terms
• Arranging advertising to promote the property
• Sending out details of new properties on the market to people on your database
• Making appointments and showing buyers around a property
• Finding buyers in a position to proceed with purchase and willing to pay an
acceptable price
• Good understanding of the Real Estate Market and processes in the life cycle of a
• real estate transaction.
• Maximize revenue generation.
• Selling off real estate projects to clients. Good in giving Presentations.
• Seek and target new customers and sales opportunities, initiate action plans
to approach and secure new business.
• Managing Client and going on sales calls to meet critical clients.
• Smart, presentable and pleasant personality. Ability to work in a team.
• Should have hunger and thirst to capture market.
• To coordinate and implement marketing activities and policies.
