Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

-good in written and verbal English communication skills.

-1 yr undergrad or High school grad.

-Good comprehension skills.

-Good multitasking skills.

-At least 18 years old and above.

-With or without Call Center experience

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Handle inbound customer service support calls from established customer.

-Cross sell value added services or products offered by the company.

-Provide consistent, superior service to every customer by utilizing all available tools and resources.

When traveling from Cavite:

1. Take a bus going and get off at Coastal Mall.
