Job Description

BENEFITS
*CHOOSE YOUR PREFERRED TEACHING SCHED
Operating Hours: Sun-Sat 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM PHT (4am to 12mn by February 1, 2017)
Requirement: At least 4 hours a day for 5-7 days a week
or at least 5 hours a day on weekends

*CHOOSE YOUR PREFERRED WORKING LOCATION
Work home-based or in our office located at Unit QRS, 5th floor Crissant Building, Brgy. Old Balara, Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City

*GET PAID PER CLASS
Teachers get students through booking system. Impress your students with your teaching skills to get more reservations from them!

*RATE INCREASE
Teachers will have their rate increase after 3 months

*SUPPORT STAFF
Work with our friendly and accommodating support staff

*JAPANESE STUDENTS
Teach our respectful and professional Japanese students

*OFFLINE CLASSES
Get a chance to meet and teach your students offline

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
– Provide 25-minute English lessons to our Japanese students
– Go online 30 minutes before your first class
– Maintain good attendance record
– Evaluate students’ performance, provide appropriate recommendations, and monitor their progress
– Post lesson memos and submit sound files
– Attend training as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS
– With or without teaching experience
– Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, undergraduates are also welcome
– Must have an exceptional command of the English language
– Proficiency in the Japanese language is an advantage
– Willing to work for at least 4 hours a day for 5-7 days a week or at least 5 hours a day on weekends
– Has a laptop/desktop computer
– Has wired Internet connection (LAN) with a speed of at least 3 Mbps
*Applicants using any wireless connection (broadband sticks, pocket Wi-Fi, etc.) won’t be entertained
– Has a clear webcam and headset with external mic
– Has a working environment conducive for online classes
