Job Description

 

• Managing and reforming a team focused on online payment solution. 
• Manage all compliance activities including employee training, editing and auditing procedure documents, and affirming or altering business processes to maximize effectiveness.
• Monitor and adjust business processes so as to optimize performance, results in better consumer experiences and financial return. 
• Interact with senior managers regarding various tasks including but not limited to budgets, and risk analysis.  Ensure completion of P&L analyses for the business.
• Work with other team within the Group to develop procedures and discuss/adopt best practice. 
• Ensure employees apply compliance, operational risk controls in accordance with the bank’s or regulatory standards.
• Keep up to date with knowledge of an extensive knowledge of banking/payment
• Provide modeling support for deals being considered by the business to drive better decisions
• Create and present monthly financial reporting packages to senior management
