Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Full-Time Administrative Assistant based in Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental

* ONLY WITH EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE SAME FIELD NEED TO APPLY

Qualifications:
1. Exceptional Communication skills and nothing less.
2. Must have a minimum of 2 years Admin Assistance experience preferably in a Real Estate industry.
3. Must have proper phone etiquette skills and used to making calls.
4. Must be willing to report to our office based in Dumaguete City
5. Must be willing to work during EST/PST
6. Familiar/Expert with Office applications, Cloud base apps and phone system.

Job Description:
1. Will answer incoming calls for the company
2. Will take orders
3. Will be placing calls to vendors
4. Will be working administrative tasks on the side
