Job Description

According to published reports, the call center industry in the Philippines has grown to be one of the largest, surpassing even India, employing around 530,000 people and contributing 6% to the country’s gross domestic product. With more than 788 call centers spread over 20 locations in the Philippines, the outsourcing industry has been fondly named the ‘sunshine industry,’ by the government, and it is positioned to be therelevant choice among Filipinos for career growth and expansion in the years to come.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


Customer Service Representative:

Interact with customers on behalf of an organization. They provide information about products and services.

Technical Support Representative: 

Provide answers to questions from customers regarding the use and trouble-shooting of equipment, usually over the phone. It can either be for hardware, software, use or application of different pieces of equipment, from home appliances, to commercial equipment to industrial machinery.


Non-Voice Agents (Chat Support Representatives) – Interacting with customers via chat support or email and assisting or helping them in terms of different computer applications.
 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree or Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in any field.
  • Must be 18 years old and up.
  • Has Good to Excellent English Communication Skills.
  • Willing to work on shifts.
  • Computer Literate.
  • No experience needed!
