Job Description

CHRS is urgently looking for ASSISTANT HR MANAGER

 

QUALIFICATION:

– Solid exposure on compensation, benefits, ER and Labor Relations

– Exposure to CBA negotiations is a must

– Solid understanding of all regulatory compliances from all government agencies from SSS, PHIC, HDMF, DOLE, NLRC

– Timekeeping & Payroll Processing exposure

– Preference is coming from a Manufacturing company

– Salary offered is a maximum of 40k but that is dependent on his or her’s previous compensation and exposure.

– Minimum of 3-5 years supervisory level

– Handled FTEs of not less than 300HC
