HIRING:  TRANSITIONS PROJECT MANAGER FOR QUEZON CITY AND TAGUIG READ FROM TOP BOTTOM)

 

Note: If candidate passed the phone interview he/she will be invited for a face to face interview directly to the client’s office. 

●  SALARY OFFER/RANGE: TO BE DISCUSSED

●  WORK SHIFT: ROTATING SHIFT

●  NATURE OF COMPANY: BPO

 

Qualifications:

●  Conduct successful Transitions for the line of service/business

● Act as a mentor for Transition Consultants and provide support in migration, as needed

● Manage engagement specific escalations

● Follow the process laid out for transitions and ensure no NC during audits

● Demonstrate ability to develop details project plans, staffing models and risk assessment matrices

● Demonstrate strong judgment, analyses complex situations by breaking them into their constituent parts

● Be innovative to fine tune Transition process.

● Takes fact based decisions as required after thorough analysis of the situation;

● Follows up regularly with the team to take feedback and check on the progress;

● Drives the project keeping time, cost, quality and all other critical factors into consideration at a macro level;

● Does proactive contingency planning

● Drive performance to ensure championship results for internal and external customers

● BA/ Bachelors’ Degree; MBA and/or PMP certification would be preffered

● 2-3 years of project management experience and in tracking, planning projects, working with large data sets and making data-driven analytical decisions.

● Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint.

● Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely.

● Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.

● Prior US Healthcare experience would be preferred

● Should have exposure to deal with US and Internal stakeholders

● Should be good in decision making and negotiations with delivery leaders

● Good collaboration and influencing skills
