Job Description

• Over 11 years of Manual & Automation Software Testing experience in ERP, Web based, Mobile and windows based
applications along Management with ISTQB and Agile Scrum certification.
• Strong experience in SAP, ETL Testing, Bank, Insurance, Mobile, HealthCare, Pharmacy, Education, Cable, Travel(Flights, Hotel,
Cars, etc..) and Security(Role based) Implemented Testing process and QA process(CMMI, ISO), Internal Auditing in the
Organization
• Solid management skills of 9+ years in individually managing the entire testing activity. Demonstrated proficiency in leading and mentoring individuals to maximize levels of productivity, while forming cohesive team environments.
• Experience in WBS, maintaining Traceability matrix, Effort estimation of Testing, Test Plan Requirement Analysis, Test resource estimation and conducting performance appraisal for the resources.
• Conducted training and demos showcasing new functionality and enhancements. Evaluating and gathering specific client expectations on QA
• Hands-on experience in Test Environment & Test Execution Management for various test phases like System, Integration, Accessibility, Usability, Browser Compatibility, Mobile Apps testing, Device Compatibility, API, Regression, User Acceptance Testing, Interaction Testing, Localization testing, Performance and Security testing.
• Extensively involved in gathering Test Requirements,Test bed set up, Test Planning, Creating Test Scenarios, Test Design, Test Case review, Test Execution, Defect Reporting, Test Status Reporting, Test Closure Activities and Client interactions.
• Good experience in SQL querying.
• Experience in conducting interviews for onsite and offshore QA candidates.
• Experience in developing and implementingTesting Methodologies (Water Fall, ASAP, V-model and Agile) associated with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience in preparing Audit related documents & managing the documents in SharePoint for Audit purpose.
• Automated test tools -Jira(Complete Administration), QTP(Management), SharePoint(Documentation), Test Director and Quality Center.
• Managed Test Centre of Excellence (TCoE)
