Job Description

Handle the General Insurance (Health) portfolio that has a combination on Email/ outbound sales (Major) and inbound process

Out calling on the received data points, Assist customer online till issuance- End to end

A key member of the Operations team responsible for managing and driving business (Sales) as per the assigned KPI and handle training and quality of process

Key accountabilities include process expertise-quality in Service Delivery, Meet the agreed sales targets month on month along with performance of the teams and support to Assistant Managers
