Full-Time Team Leader

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Review transactions and coach staff appropriately regarding quality and errors
• Perform error and root cause analysis when required and prepare corrective action plans
• Manage Relationship with different domestic partners across the organizations
• Liaise with support departments in order to establish and maintain effective business process
•  Manage the necessary documentations for the efficient execution of all processes.
• Perform capacity analysis
• Assess relevant training needs for staff individuals.
• Provide training to new and existing staff as needed
• Monitor, record, analyze, and report on activities, trends, results and recommend action to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining high level of quality.
• Plan and Implement strategies for process improvement
• Manage controllable costs to contribute to the profit target of the company
• Handle personnel issues and manage staff development
• Maintain and implement Quality management system in the team
• Ensure DR capability exists for the processes supported
• Ensure team’s full participation in all corporate and compliance directive
• Participate, contribute or lead corporate/department/unit projects.
• Related duties as assigned by the Manager or Director

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office applications)
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload (e.g. incoming work, projects)
• Ability to comprehend basic to complex documentation
• Ability to write complex correspondence to communicate information effectively
• Must be highly accurate, detail-oriented, and able to complete work rapidly
• Ability to document work in progress in accordance with applicable procedures
• .Proven ability to identify problems and recommend solutions.
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to successfully work in a fast-paced, multi-company environment with numerous deadlines
