HIRING: SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT MANAGER WITHIN METRO MANILA CITY SITE (READ FROM TOP TO BOTTOM)

Note: If candidate passed the phone interview he/she will be invited for a face to face interview directly to the client’s office.

SALARY OFFER/RANGE:  Php 150,000 – 200, 000     

WORK SHIFT: ROTATING SHIFT

NATURE OF COMPANY: BPO

Qualifications:
● Candidates with IT background preferably scholars from Tier 1 schools (ADMU, DLSU,UP) but all applicants coming from other schools will be entertained
● Candidates with 10 years of experience as an SME doing: client facing skills, pre- sales background and implementation
● Ages of candidates must be from 30 to 40
● Working conditions are as follows:
     -Work from Home privilege
     -Everyday reporting to clients
● Companies where candidates come from are the following
     -IBM
     -Microsoft
     -Candidates coming from other industries will also be considered
● 10+ years of experience performing systems implementation projects
● Proven track record leading at least 2 systems implementation projects, closely working with client business users to drive the overall implementation
● Ability to learn and understand client business requirements (regardless of industry)
● Proven track record in developing and managing high-performing teams
● Ability to manage difficult clients, and negotiate with them to come up with a workable solution
● Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
● Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
