Job Description

Ø Developing & Forecasting business and product development.

Ø Strong analytic and critical thinking skills.

Ø Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects at once.

Ø Quotation Merchandising – To get best competitive quotations from suppliers/ sub contractors/ inhouse production teams.

Ø Maintaining awareness on competitor’s performance.

Ø Gathering information on customer’s reactions to product.

Ø Maintain Timely deliveries, keeping quality standards as per agreed norms.

Ø Managing, training and supervising junior staff.

Ø Identifying production and supply difficulties and dealing with any problems or delays as thing arise.

Ø Use specialist computer softwares – ERPs to handle spreadsheets, trackings, graphs, projections and outputs.

Ø Overview on all departments – production, documentation, quality, accounts, etc.
