REQUIREMENTS ♥

Sourcing and Recruitment Specialist (2 openings)

♥ Must be a college graduate of a 4-year course.

♥ College course must be marketing, psychology, business administration, or something related.

♥ Must be able to type at least 30 wpm.

♥ Must be willing to work Mondays to Saturdays 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. or a later morning shift such as 10:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

♥ Must have basic knowledge of excel formulas and word processing.

♥ Must speak English at a level of 8 or above with no regional accent.

♥♥♥Salary Scale: ♥♥♥

♥Negotiable based on experience.

Character Markers

♥ Must have a pleasing and outgoing personality.

♥Must look clean and professional in appearance.

♥ Must have no behavioral issue markers: i.e.; lack of commitment, lack of confidence, psychological instability, and history of insubordination.

♥ Preference is given to choleric/sanguine personalities.

♥ Preference is given to overachievers / highly competitive persons with a history of being able to focus.
