Job Description

SALES SUPERVISOR/ REPRESENTATIVE

1 SALES SUPERVISOR

 Qualifications:

 

– not more than 35 years old

 

-extensive experience with proven track record

-sales background in construction – uPVC and aluminum doors and windows and wood products

-minimum of 3 years as sales supervisor or 5 years as sales representative

-graduate of BS degree in Marketing/Administration/Civil Engineering/Architecture

 

Roles:

-provide operational leadership to the sales team

 

-develop sales strategies to hit sales targets

 

-must have people management/sales skills

Offers:

-salary – 20k to 30k depending on qualification

-overriding commission

-company car

 

-allowances

 

1 SALES REPRESENTATIVE/STAFF

             Promote company products to industry professionals such as Specifiers, Builders, Contractors, Architects as well as Homeowners.  Conduct “sales calls”in accordance with company policies and procedures.  Responsible for the entire field promotional cycle to include conducting product presentation, distributing printed paraphernalia, client prospecting and closing sales.  Responsible for reaching Sales Objectives/Sales Quota set by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

-not more than 35 years old

-sales background in construction – uPVC and aluminum doors and windows and wood products

-graduate of BS degree in Marketing/Administration/Civil Engineering/Architecture

 

Offers:

-salary – 10k to 15k depending on qualification

-commission

-company car

-allowance
