You identify the customer’s needs through utilization of the Lovesac proprietary selling process through demonstrating,losing sales, providing a customized shopping experience.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Responsible to meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
Uses Lovesac’s proprietary selling process.
Informs clients of additional services.
Maintains knowledge of current promotions.
Maintains inventory integrity and accuracy protecting company assets at all times.
Executes promotional campaigns, including product placement and timely marketing pursuant to Lovesac standards.
Executes promotional campaigns, including product placement and timely marketing pursuant to Lovesac standards.
Ensures that all customer service issues are resolved, and enhance all aspects of customer service, including providing tracking and sending updates.
Ensures store standards are maintained
Maintains inventory integrity through accurate processing of all register transactions, loss prevention standards and providing accurate information to clients.
Be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
Be able to move and bend
Be able to perform demonstrations
