Location:Fort Bonifacio,Taguig Philippines
Salary:25,000-45,000(will depend on candidates relevant experience)
Day shift:

Education:

-College graduate 4 yr course.

Experience:

1-3 or more years of relevant experience in compliance.

knowledge:
Monitoring Agents performance;
Providing feedback and coaching;
Outlier Management adherence to quality & compliance requirements.

Skills:
Excellent communication skills;
Coaching counselling skills with active listening;
