Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Represents the company to any potential client and close sales for assigned type of products of Moldex.
  • Responsible for regular coverage to all potential clients in the respective area of responsibility and ensure that Moldex Products are properly represented in all sectors of the market.
  • Responsible for maintaining buying clients and continuously increasing it to ensure meeting desired sales output.
  • Prepares standard report on client visits and other regular reports required as follows:
    • outlet/project daily call report
    • expense liquidation/reimbursement reports
    • weekly/monthly sales performance report
    • sales targets for succeeding month
    • product complaints and inspection report
    • collection report
    • problems relating to work and recommended course of action
  • Ensure proper use of company’s forms (sales agreements/provincial receipts, etc.) and sees to it that these accountable  forms are properly utilized and audited.
  • Conducts credit investigation and evaluation to potential client for opening and ensure that information written in the credit information sheet (CIS) are true and confirmed.
  • Clear up status of critical accounts and ensure that the necessary actions are taken so that these accounts are removed in the critical lists furnished by C&C department on a monthly basis.
  •  Conducts sales presentation, product demonstrations using samples, testimonials. Brochures and price lists and recommend product promotions that would fit in the area of responsibility and product assignment.
  • Provides before-and-after sales services to clients through technical assistance on product requirements design and material estimates with the end objective of closing the sales for Moldex Products, Inc.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.    

Qualifications:

  • Male, not more than 35 years old
  • Graduate of Electrical Engineering
  • Preferably with experience in selling of construction materials or hardware

Good in communication skills
