Job Description

Our Sales agents are licensed sales professionals who sell exceptional high revenue products without the stress of cold calls. As one of America’s top enrollment centers, customers call us each and every day for their needs. In our Reading, Pennsylvania office we are currently hiring motivated and dynamic sales professionals to sell our extensive lines of products.

We’re looking for goal-oriented people who have:
A desire to build a career in Sales at National Brokers of America
The ability to connect with customers and close sales
Experience selling or an eagerness to be in sales
Effective communication and listening skills
Strong multi-tasking, computer and typing skills
Strong work ethic and who are highly energetic
High school diploma or equivalent are required

Job Requirements 
As a representative, you must be very dependable and solution-oriented. You must also have a flexible work schedule and motivation to excel to the next level.

Additional requirements include:

Previous sales and/or customer service experience preferred
Prior contact center experience a plus
Insurance experience a plus (one of the many lines of products)
The ability to work well in a team setting
