Job Description   The position will be performing analysis on data from various sources (e.g. Operations, support teams, etc) using statistical methods. The goal is to validate causes, establish trending and recommend next steps to customers. The analysis will be used by Operations other teams to drive performance and improve the process.  Job Requirements   – Graduate of a 4-year course preferrably Math, Statistics or Engineering courses – 3- 5 years work experience in analytics using statistics preferably in a BPO environment. – Proficient in using MS Office – With knowledge in using SPSS and other statistical tools  – Excellent communication (written/spoken), problem solving and analitical skills
