Job Description

·         Preferably Male/Nursing graduate;

·         To do the pre-medical assessment prior to issuance of referral for pre-employment medical;

·         To act as first-aider in case of fortuitous event in the workplace;

·         To receive medical result; interpret it and discuss to candidate;

·         Will be in-charge in 201 monitoring (in/out); updating records through filing;

 Preparation of the DOLE report and exiting workers.
