Job Description

We have openings for a Crew Members, Supervisors and Assistant Managers.

Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends.
• No experience required.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Wage: $9.50 to $12 (Negotiable with Experience)

Pieology Pizzeria is revolutionizing the way to make and cook pizzas! Our customers walk down our “Speed Line” and get to select over 40 toppings while we build it for them. Pizza is then cooked in our 600 Degree Oven in just under 3 Minutes! Dough and sauces are made fresh daily, amazing cheese options and fresh toppings are what we use for every pizza. Each pizza starts of with 11.5 inch thin crust dough (Flour, Wheat and Gluten Friendly) unlimited topping choices and all for the low price of $7.99! We are looking for OUTGOING, ENERGETIC people who have a TEAM MENTALITY and can handle a FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT.
Job Requirements:

* Flexible schedule -these positions are 16 -30 hrs per week (additional hours for Shift Supervisors)
* Pushing, pulling, lifting and pouring up to 50 lbs.
* Ability to memorize, retain and execute recipes and service standards
* Team Player
We are looking to fill the following positions:
Shift Supervisors and Assistant Managers(Prior Experience Highly Valued) Pieologists
Team Members (AM and PM Crew)
Prep Staff (A.M./Mid-shift)

Our Supervisor and Asst. Management Teams are responsible for:
• Managing a restaurant with “head on a swivel” mentality
• Executing “the play” to run an efficient restaurant
• Treating customers/guests as family and making connections with the local community
• Appropriately train and motivate employees to be best they can be
• Continuously learning, growing and working to be the next GM for our rapidly growing company
• Can execute and follow the principles of leadership, team mentality and accountability
