Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

·         Preferably a graduate of Business, Interior Designer, or Architecture

·         At least 2 years of experience in the same field, preferred

·         Leadership skills

·         Computer literate at a highly proficient level

·         Strong analytical and problem solving skills

·         Flexible and demonstrate sound work ethics

·         Fresh graduate is welcome

·         Preferably 21-35 years old

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects of the various solutions the Company offers.

·         Negotiates the terms of project agreement and closes sales.

·         Ensure sales targets are achieved, identifies business opportunities and pinpoints problem areas to further increase sales volume, market share and profitability.

 

·         Maintains good mutual relationships with existing clients or contacts through regular visits to ensure high level of client satisfaction.
