Full-Time Plant Controller

KEY COMPETENCIES/DESCRIPTION

EDUCATION 

Requires a degree in Bachelor of Science- Accountancy.  Must be a Certified Public Accountant.

EXPERIENCE

Must have at least 5 years combined experience in General Accounting, Cost Accounting, Audit and/or Finance.

PERSONAL COMPETENCIES

Proficient in both oral and written communication

Has keen analytical skills

Possesses management skills  (planning, leading, controlling and organizing)

Has leadership qualities

Possesses human relations (interpersonal) skills

SKILLS

Computer literate.  Requires knowledge of Budgets, Internal Controls, and Manufacturing Methods and procedures.  Proficient in the preparation of Accounting and Financial Reports.

OTHER

Must have at least two years Senior Supervisory position experience

POSITION KEY FUNCTIONS

1.     Supports and participates Six Sigma initiatives.

2.     Ensures effective implementation of the plant’s quality system with respect to the area of finance and accounting.

3.     Directs the financial and accounting operations of the Plant.
